indicates the availability of all of the static and declarative
animation language capabilities defined for SVG Basic.

indicates the availability of all of the base features, as well as
support for interactivity: DOM support, SVG 1.1 Scripting Module,
Document Events Attribute Module , Graphical Element Events
Attribute Module, and Animation Events Attribute Module.
